Glycyrrhiza echinata, Chinese Liquorice, German Liquorice, Hedgehog Liquorice
Hardy herbaceous perennial, Ht. 1.5m, spread 1-2m. Pale blue/violet pea-like flowers. The green leaves are divided into oval leaflets. Culinary; the root is used.
