Description
Brassica chinesis var parachinensis ‘Gunsho’, Green Choy Sum ‘Gunsho’, Choi Sum, Yi Choy, Flowering Cabbage
Hardy annual, Ht. 30cm, spread 35cm. The whole plant is edible, from the flowers to the stem. Young leaves can be eaten in salads and older leaves blanched like spinach or used in stir fry dishes. Choy Sum does not transplant well and seeds are best sown directly.
