Hardy herbaceous perennial, Ht. 70cm, spread 30cm. Long purple flower spikes. Aniseed-scented, mid green leaves. Culinary; flowers & leaves are edible.

Anise Hyssop herb seeds are available: A packet of seeds costs £2.50. There are approximately 150 herb seeds per packet (all of our herb seeds are untreated and can be used to grow organic herb plants).
Anise Hyssop herb plants are available: A 2 Litre herb plant costs £10.50.
