This gift box combines our new favourite items on the herb farm, a natural rubber seed tray with Niwaki’s propagating (grape) snips and Jekka’s Reds in the Bed Seed Collection. These beautiful made products come with our propagating kit which contains a range of “peat-free” sustainable substrates so you can recreate Jekka’s substrates, for sowing seeds and cuttings.
All you need to start growing organic herbs successfully at home or in your allotment.

Your gift box contains:
- A 30 Cell Natural Rubber Seed Tray
- Niwaki Propagating (Grape) Snips
- A Jekka’s Reds in the Bed Seed Collection (Bulls Blood, Red Lettuce, Amaranth ‘Red Army’, Red Pak Choi, Red Frills Mustard)
- Jekka’s propagating kit:
- 750g Compost – Jekka’s special compost mix, which is organic (though not certified), vegan and peat free;
- 125g Vermiculite – improves the aeration and moisture retention of Jekka’s seed compost;
- 250g Horticultural bark – improves drainage and holds moisture and nutrients;
- 125g Perlite – for covering the seeds to keep them warm or for use in Jekka’s cutting mix for extra aeration;
- A recipe card to recreate Jekka’s seed or cutting substrates.
All our gift boxes include an illustrated gift card and are packed in beautifully designed eco-craft mail order boxes, laid out and ready for you to gift or for us to send direct.
